Northern Ireland — Free delivery, no minimum. Typical lead time: 2–4 weeks.
Rest of UK (England & Wales) — £99. Typical lead time: 2–4 weeks.
Scotland — £129. Typical lead time: 2–4 weeks.
Ireland (ROI) — €180. Typical lead time: 2–4 weeks.

Checking on arrival
Please look over your furniture when it arrives. If anything is damaged, incomplete or wrong, email info@comfort.furniture promptly with your order number and photos. Reporting quickly helps us put things right and does not affect your legal rights.
UK right to cancel
If you buy online or by phone as a consumer, you usually have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Email info@comfort.furniture to cancel; you then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Some made-to-order items may be exempt where stated on the product page.
Our 30-day goodwill returns
Separately from your statutory rights, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Sale, clearance, custom, used, assembled or altered items are not covered by this goodwill policy. See our Returns / Refund policy.
