Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you have an issue regarding colour, size, or suitability. Claims outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Issues

Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery.
If you discover damage, defects, or an incorrect item:

  • Report it within 24 hours of delivery via email with photos attached.

  • We will assess and resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom-made or special-order products

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or altered

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

For a fast exchange:

  1. Request a return as above.

  2. Once approved and returned, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to an EU country, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The product must be unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
